German Dunkelweizen – To create Uber Die Brucke, our brewmaster added a unique blend of hops, malts and yeast to the classic Dunkel recipe. This combination of ingredients produces a beer with a smooth and creamy yet slightly sweet taste. Try one, you’ll be over the bridge in no time!

Uber Die Brucke is our delicious take on an authentic German wheat beer. It’s brewed based on German purity rules in our state-of-the-art, award-winning brewery and is a firm favourite amongst our loyal fans.
We wanted to make sure this beer would be a hit with both German beer connoisseurs and those who are new to the category or who were maybe not used to darker wheat beers.

Uber was fortunate enough to win a Gold award in the SIBA bottle & can awards 2022 and will go on to take on other regional finalists in the national finals, in early 2023.
